Kathryn "Ryn" is, without a doubt, the best physical therapist I’ve ever worked with! Living with a rare disease that causes significant mobility challenges, injuries, and chronic pain, I’ve seen many physical therapists throughout my life. None have matched Ryn’s expertise, dedication, and ability to make such a profound difference.
I had the privilege of working with Ryn weekly for five years. She became an integral part of my medical team, and I genuinely believe the progress we made together enabled me to achieve life goals I once thought were out of reach. Ryn’s commitment to staying at the forefront of her field—consistently learning new techniques and approaches—meant that she could adapt seamlessly to my evolving needs as my condition progressed.
Her collaborative approach and genuine care made our appointments the highlight of my week. Beyond being an exceptional physical therapist, Ryn is a kind, supportive, and affirming individual who truly invests in her patients’ well-being. I cannot recommend her more highly—she’s simply the best!
I was a patient of Kathryn’s (Ryn) for almost 4 years. As someone with severe hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, I am not optimistic when I start with new provider, but from the first appointment with Ryn I was met with a level of empathy and care that is very rare. She created a light exercise routine modified for my specific issues, and was always very gentle and precise with any hands-on work. To this day she is the only physical therapist I would trust to handle my cervical instability. Due to the severity of my condition, I have always been limited in how quickly I could progress with physical therapy. Ryn was always exceptionally patient and understanding, and never gave up on me where so many other providers had. I would highly recommend her to anyone, especially those with hypermobility!
